Tax Exempt Report

I would like to run a report that will list our clients that currently set with default terms of tax exempt. Something similar to the expired insurance report. Every year we have to collect resale certificates and I'd like to go through this list of clients that we have their resale certificate on file and know who we either need to collect an updated one or change their terms to collect tax. 

Is there one that I'm just not seeing?

  Hi Kate-

  Run the 'Contact Export' report from the Reports menu - it includes a STANDARD_TAX_RULE column. I think that should give you the data that you're looking for.

  Thank you for trying to help but like so many other things it doesn't work.

  I got this exception when I tried to run it in Flex 5. Tried Flex 4 and the error below.
