ISO New User Tips & HELP
Hi,
I'm a brand new Sales Account Rep that has never used Flex 4 in the past. My supervisor uses Flex 4 with Insert Mode and searches for specifics inventory items, then drags them into client quotes. I accidentally used Auto Mode after being forced to work offsite and was rushing to build a new quote. :-/ YES, this became an issue and I had to move several inventory items to appear in the order that my supervisor and clients expect to see them. BUT, the Subheadings will not let me move them or copy them to the expected locations!!
Since I'm so NEW to using Flex it takes me a long to start, edit, and finish a quote. Please help me if you have suggestions or tips. ALSO, I'm wondering if Flex 5 is more user friendly for NEWBIES to learn.

Hi Roxann, welcome to the club :)
first, yes try out flex 5 its faster and more drag and drop.
you can move the sub heading by going to the left of the check box. looks like several dots.
you can do this in flex 4 or 5. just drag it with your mouse. the whole subheading will move and all its contents.
