500 - Flex Error

I can't export Flex elements into QuickBooks.

When trying to export in Flex I get this error:

Solution

There's no total on the element you're exporting. 

1. Navigate to the element in question (If needed, use Menu > Integrations > QuickBooks Desktop > Errors > link in Element column.)
2. Click the Details tab
3. Review pricing and ensure the price total is greater than zero

Cannot push document with a blank client field.

I can't export Flex elements into QuickBooks.

When trying to export in Flex I get this error:

There's no client information on the element you're exporting. 

1. Navigate to the element in question (If needed, use Menu > Integrations > QuickBooks Desktop > Errors > link in Element column.)
2. In the right-side menu, click Modify > Edit Header
3. Add a contact to the Client field
