Overview
With the StaffingPlus add-on, you can add Unavailable events directly to a contact's schedule in Flex. Labor coordinators can block out dates for crew members who share their availability directly, without the crew member needing to log into the StaffingPlus portal.
Unavailable events appear on the contact's schedule and mark them unavailable for jobs during that time, the same as unavailable time entered through the portal.
Who Can Add Unavailable Time
The Add Unavailable Event option is available to authorized StaffingPlus users:
- Any contact can add Unavailable events to their own schedule.
- Users with the Can Manage Project Elements permission can add Unavailable events to any contact's schedule.
For more information on permissions, see the Permissions Glossary.
