Introduction
We're covering integration details for your Flex to Google Calendar integration. We'll start by learning how to manage more than one Google Account with Flex. Then we'll look at where to view your error log. Be sure to check out the Overview and Key Concepts for general information.
Connecting Additional Google Accounts
Navigate to the Google Calendar integration settings:
- On the Main Menu, click Integrations.
- Click Google Calendar.
A new Flex tab will open showing Google Calendar integration settings. In the upper right corner of the tab, click More Options.
Click Link Another Account.
A new browser tab will open to connect Flex and your Google Calendar account.
- If you're logged into Google in the same browser, you're ready for the step below.
- If you're not logged into Google, sign in to your Google Account as prompted.
You'll be prompted to allow Flex to access your Google Account. Click Allow.
A message will show confirming the connection. Close the browser tab and return to Flex.
Click OK on the Authenticating to Google Calendar popup.
Switching between Google Accounts
With more than one Google Account connected, you'll need to switch between accounts when adjusting how information is sent to Google Calendar.
In the integration settings tab header, click the More Options icon.
Click Switch Accounts.
A popup will open with a list of your connected Google Accounts. Double-click the desired account. The integration settings tab will refresh and show the selected account in the upper right corner.
Viewing Errors
When you navigate to the integration settings for Google Calendar, you'll always land on the Calendars subtab. To view the error log, click on the Errors subtab.
You'll see any errors your Flex system has encountered with Google Calendar. The errors include the User, Date, Error Message, and Element.
Each column is sortable by clicking the column title. Click again to reverse the sort order.
Each column is also searchable. For the Date field, use the dropdown to select a date range.
For the other fields, click in the Search field and type what you're looking for. The search will start while you're typing.
To clear the error log, select the errors to clear by clicking the box to the left of the User. Select the box in the column header to select all.
Click Resolve Selected Errors in the lower left corner.
