Users can only view their quotes and event folders

Is it possible to let users view only their quotes and event folders?

If so, how would I implement this?

Yes. I think what you are looking for is on the home tab choose the "MY Calendar" view instead of the regualar Calendar view. this allows the user to view only the stuff that pertains to them.

that's helped my users out when things in the regular calendar view get crowded with everyone's stuff.

I was looking at it from a security point of view. We don't want the user for confidentiality to see any other quotes but there own.

Hey Adriano, under your Quote settings, look at the "Security" tab. Specifically, the "Non-Responsible Person" columns would probably be what you're looking for. Responsible Person refers to the "Responsible Person" row on the Contact Associations tab of the Quote settings. Some people caption this as "Account Manager", but whatever you have it captioned as, this is the field Flex is referring to with the "Non-Responsible Person" security settings.
