Two Step Shipping, scanning to wrong manifest
Hi,
We worked with training when we initially set up our instance to implement a 2 step shipping process, as described in: https://helpcenter.flexrentalsolutions.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051746034-Flex4-Implementing-a-Two-Step-Scan-Out-Process
Now that it's in use, we are noticing that if someone accidentally ship scans something while on the wrong manifest, it adds those items to the incorrect manifest, and then they are kind of double manifested.
Has anyone found a way not to allow this and show a pop up asking to confirm?
It's wreaking havoc on the return and where things show.

We recommend making sure the Orphan Scan Prompt is turned on in your scanning prompt settings. If this setting is already enabled, then the best next step would be to reach out to support@flexrentalsolutions.com, as there may be something specific in your workflow that’s causing the issue.
