Issues uploading Terms & Conditions.

Hello,

We're trying to upload our terms and conditions and getting the error "Please upload an RTF document of 50 KB or less." 

Unfortunately, there isn't a way for us to get our default T&C down that small. What do we do?

  Hey Justin,

  Your file might be bigger than it needs to be due to the software you're using. For example, Microsoft Word can save files as RTF documents, but they tend to be significantly bigger files than a simple text editor such as TextEdit (an app on Mac OS).

  Alternatively, you can upload a PDF document of your Terms & Conditions as a Static Report and use that in your Generate PDF report stack or even Report Groups.
