Is there a sent email archive in Flex?

    Hey Petras,

    There's no record of the file (version) sent to the client when using the "Send Quote to Client" mechanism.  This is the main reason I recommend to my clients that they don't use it and use their own email service.  It's going to be a pros vs cons sort of situation.  It may speed things up a bit to use it, but accurate records of the correspondence are less retrievable.  I personally see it as highly important to have client engagement appear in my own email threads, and so I recommend accordingly.

    Hello Petras,
    I saw your question  about the e-mail archive and I am wondering how you solve this. I read the comment from Aaron but this is for us a no go because it's to much time consuming and risk of mistakes. In my opinion The software you make life easier but from my point of view now it's more difficult.

    Hey Sander, you can now adjust email templates (Projects > Email Templates) to have a default CC or BCC. It can be assigned "USER" which will copy the user sending the email, or you can add a specific email address.
