Is there a sent email archive in Flex?
Hey guys,
First of all thanks to the community for responding quickly to any questions that may arise.You guys rock! On to the question at hand.
So, we started using the "send quote to client" function after finalising the quote.All is well, but now we had to make an update to this particular quote, and we would like to see what exactly did we send to the client before.Since this email was sent thru flex, we can't verify it inside the email client(eg Google mail), so I was wondering if there is some archive kept of sent mails or generated files.

Hey Petras,
There's no record of the file (version) sent to the client when using the "Send Quote to Client" mechanism. This is the main reason I recommend to my clients that they don't use it and use their own email service. It's going to be a pros vs cons sort of situation. It may speed things up a bit to use it, but accurate records of the correspondence are less retrievable. I personally see it as highly important to have client engagement appear in my own email threads, and so I recommend accordingly.
