Manifest to Maintenance Pipeline
Hello! I'm looking to find out if there's a way to apply maintenance procedures to particular items after they're scanned back in from a manifest. Essentially, I'd like particular procedures to happen to items in cases that come back before they can be sent back out again. Is there anything like this?

Hey CSP and Justin,
The closest Flex comes on this is the Scheduled Maintenance module. But I realize that's not the same thing as being based on when it returns. Worth looking into in case it can be of some benefit, but likely there will have to be an SOP for the warehouse to deal with an every return scenario. Let me know if I can be of assistance as a direct Flex consultant.

Hello! So I haven't figured this out as we're in the process of migrating to RFID. I may be able to to figure out something with the RFID workflow.
I have implemented a small server to do batch maintenance upgrades, but it is still in development using python and the Flex API (which has no support). It is also a process that happens as we're prepping and not on return. -
Hi Joe,
We had a similar request a while ago - it was to be able to execute bulk scans by feeding lists of barcodes into Flex. We put together a nice plan to integrate this functionality into our Loomium platform, which integrates with Flex's API. While this hasn't gone ahead yet, the plan could probably be modified to do what you're talking about.
Also you may be interested in our Lost & Damaged report, which provides a list of maintenance procedures that were performed during or after a event, and associated with the manifest number.
