Changing a Rental barcode to a Subrental barcode

If an inventory item was inputted incorrectly we used to be able to "edit" the serialized item, delete the barcode, change the type to Subrental or Rental and a new barcode would be generated. Flex 5 won't allow that, is there a work around? I don't want to delete it as that would remove all of the history.

  Hi Joan,

  You can still perform that edit in Flex5. Open the serial unit in question, click the edit button (in the toolbar at the top-right of the screen), then choose the desired option from the Resource Type combobox and click SAVE.
