Hi ! 

I would like to make correctly working Sales Tax for canada (HST and QST) for quebec region. I read the flex documentation and it does not calculate correctly

  Hi Benoît,

  Regular sales tax does not work when you need to apply multiple rates. Take a look at https://helpcenter.flexrentalsolutions.com/hc/en-us/articles/5474142862487-Sales-Tax-Rules#h_439737827401540487382528  (should be a link to the Tax Categories section of the documentation).

  I dit follow these instructions. Verify again.

   

  my taxes won't calculate with good rates. For 100$ I get 159$ with tax ...

  Hi Benoît,

  Given the lack of context with the screenshot, I have to assume those numbers are coming from the Tax Category names. You can safely send a full-screen capture to our support team so they have the full context and can verify where those numbers are coming from and provide instructions on how to update them.
