Hidden Items/Items not in a user's View Group still search-able

    Hi Chris,

    To ensure hidden items are properly configured, let's review a few key areas. It appears you've adjusted the "Hide" setting to "Yes" for individual inventory items. Additionally, you're already selecting specific View Groups in the Inventory Tree Configuration. The third area to verify is within Security Groups (accessible via Main Menu > System Settings > Security Groups). Here, you'll want to ensure that under the Inventory Module, the setting "Can Browse and Search Hidden Items" is set to Deny.     Hey Chris, assuming you're correct, I would submit this as a support ticket (support@flexrentalsolutions.com).  I don't think there's any settings to adjust that.  I would agree that it shouldn't be accessible via search, but that will be up to Flex whether they consider it a bug or not.  Flex would also be able to log in and make sure your permission settings are correct.
