Choosing Serialized Units on Quote
I have items on a quote and am trying to allocate Serialized Units to each item. I click on the 3 dots to the left of the item, select "Choose Serialized Unit", and select my intended unit. The Serialized Unit is marked in parentheses next to the Item name, but some items are marked by Barcode, some by Serial Number, and some by Stencil.
How can I make it so the Serialized Unit using the same identifier for every item?
Here is an image of what my quote looks like. The short phrases in parentheses are the "Serial Numbers", the ERI-XXX-001 is the "Barcode", and the long number is the "Stencil" for that item. All selected items have Serial Numbers, Barcodes, and Stencils within Flex.

Hey Brian Smith, if you're sure that "all selected items have Serial Numbers, Barcodes, and Stencils", then I'd recommend submitting this as a support ticket to support@flexrentalsolutions.com. I don't think there are any user settings that will affect the logic of what field gets used in the parenthesis when selecting units.
