Custom fields on quote header pdf's showing N/A
Hi All,
For clarity, I am referring to the "custom fields" tab in the "element definitions" screen, not the one in the "system settings" menu.
I have 3 fields set as "option lists," and all 3 of them show "N/A" on the pdf version of a quote, no matter what option is selected. Show properly within the software, just not the pdf. Can't figure out why.
Any thoughts? Thanks All

Hi Chris,
Reports are currently processed through the old Flex4 backend and Flex4 never implemented support for options lists in certain report types, specifically the Default Financial Document or any other report that uses a data producer as a data source. When we port that over to the new backend, we will include support for those in the data producer which will solve that issue.
That said, the data is there, so a Custom Report is capable of pulling the data, even when using the Flex4 report backend. You can contact our support staff if you're interested in pursuing that solution and they can assist you further.
