Log Damage/Damage Report
Hello, I am trying to figure out why to Log Damage when items are returning from a customer. When checking items in the "Log Damage" button remains grayed out and we are unable to click it. Also, I would like to provide a Damage Report to customers for record. Is that possible? Thanks!
