    Hi Robert-

    Are you generating a Pull Sheet element and then generating your report from that? My understanding is that line mutes from the quote should not be affecting items on the Pull Sheet.

    If you are generating a "pull sheet style" report directly from the Quote, then by default you would not see items which are line muted. In that case, you can create a view for the quote (or use an existing one) with the 'Internal Use Only' option set to yes and that should provide all line items to the report regardless of muting.

    • Projects menu > Project Elements > Quote > Document Views tab
    • Open a view, maybe Warehouse would be a good candidate?
    • Change 'Internal Use Only' to yes and save changes
    • Now if you open the quote, switch to Warehouse view and generate a report from the right-hand menu, all muted items should appear in the report.

    Hey Robert,

    Line muting shouldn't affect the hand-off to a PS.  Only WM (Warehouse Mute) should keep them from handing off.  Could you clarify and provide any other details or pictures?  Thanks!
