Viewing Recent Inventory Changes
Is there a way to view a list of recent inventory changes?
Can I add a column on to the Inventory Manager called Last Edit?
I have managed to do a similer thing to the Quotes and Pull Sheets pages.

Hey Mark,
Thanks for the questions. If you go to System Settings > Resource Audit Trail you can see a list of all the changes that were made to any of the resources. Additionally, if you are interested in viewing only a particular item, you can open that item, and in the workbench menu on the right-hand side, there will be an option to view the Audit Trail which will only be scoped to that product. Currently, there is no way to add an additional column to the inventory manager, but the two options I listed above should get you the information you are looking for.

Is this coming to Flex 5? My Director of Sales is asking me to provide weekly reports on changes in added/removed inventory, so they may provide updates to the sales team on what is newly or no longer available. We have a massive inventory, x5 the average using Flex, and this would be very beneficial in our communication, but I can not find this report anywhere at all, other than this comment. Please help.

James Riddle, I can't speak for Flex and the features that will appear in the future. But a custom report may be a good strategy for what you're pursuing. Once the report is built, it could be set up to email a group of people weekly with what has changed. Let me know if you're interested in pursuing a custom report solution. I'm endorsed by Flex.

I appreciate the responses, and I'm confident you are both adequately hilarious. But I would like to know more about this "Resource Audit Trail's" availability before looking into custom reports. I think it would achieve exactly what I'm after, if nothing else though, ill give it the old coin flip.

James Riddle, I chatted with Flex, and they say they have a ticket to track the requests for the "Resource Audit Trail", but there's no plan to bring it to Flex5 at this time. Hope that helps!
