Scan log report?

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to generate a report of the all the scan outs and scan ins of a certain model that has multiple serial numbers. Essentially what I'm trying to do is see every job that a certain model of product has ever been out on in a report form that can be emailed, I can check the "scan log" tab from the model page in Flex, but there doesn't seem to be a way to generate a report with that info. Thanks, apologies if this has been asked a dozen times, tried searching a bit but it seems like an odd question.

    Hey Brandon!

    If you open the inventory model page, there's an "ROI - Utilization" option in the right pane.  Once you open it, set the date range appropriately and click "COMPUTE ROI".  You then have some options for exporting the information in the top right corner of the list.

    I believe you all own a custom Utilization report that I setup in your system a few years back that would provide this information and more.  I'll email you directly with more specific information about that.  For others reading, ROI, Utilization, and general data analytic reports are a specialty of mine, and I've made big improvements to them in the last year.  Let me know if you want a demonstration.

    Hi Brandon-

    I don't think anything exists which is exactly what you're looking for. If you open an inventory item (and are an Administrator), you should see a link to the Audit Trail in the right-hand menu. This brings up the audit trail page which shows scans as well as quantity modifications and other operations. You can export to excel or word from this page. But I don't think there's any way to do this in an automated fashion.

    A custom report could easily be built to suit your exact needs. Feel free to e-mail me if you'd like to look into that route.
