Warehouse Note Only Column
We would like to see a warehouse note column implemented on quotes. Sometimes we need to notate on a line in a quote only viewable to the warehouse employees and not the client. The existing note column can be utilized for client view only if this feature gets put into Flex. All notes that are listed under inventory model could also display in the warehouse only note column. There would be no need to note mute the warehouse note section and can always stay active. Once a pull sheet has been created, only the warehouse note column will be bought over to prep/manifest screen/element. With that being said, please make the notes visible on the mobile app as well, but more on that in another post. Thank you!

This is a request I hear often from Flex users. I don't know if/when this might be implemented as a feature within Flex. At Square Wave we've devised a method to have both client-facing and internal-only notes present on line items, with the right information showing on the right reports. So for example in our Smart Proposal quote report, only the client-facing note is shown, but in our Smart Pull Sheet report, the client and internal notes are visible to the team.
