Utilization report by fixture type and/or Owner

Hi All,

We have fixtures that are on a long term sub rental that we need to be able to do utilization reports for so we can pay our vendor/s correctly for the use of their products.

Suggestions on how to accomplish this?

    Hey Richard,

    It's possible you may be able to mine the information yourself through some existing reports in Flex, but it will likely take a decent amount of work to filter it to be practical.  Perhaps the Inventory Revenue Report or the Inventory Revenue Summary Report.  Flex also has a Utilization dashboard available in Flex4 in the right pane of an inventory model window.

    But most clients need or greatly benefit from having a custom report for this type of bailment reporting that can filter and calculate everything for you with a couple clicks or a periodic auto email providing the report.  I've built bailment reports for clients and am happy to discuss possible solutions with you.  Most clients differ in how they calculate the split, time period, and where to pull the data from in their Flex system.  Feel free to reach out directly.  My contact information is below.
