Event Folder - Quote Not Controlled by Downstream Documents
Hello All,
Normally we use Quotes for projects but when its a large show with multiple areas we use event folders. We have found that when a quote is in an event folder inventory is no longer controlled by downstream document; the locks don't show up on the quote after releasing the pull sheet. This is causing a doubling effect in the scheduling. If we are using 42 belt packs the system will pull scheduling from the quote and the pullsheet for a total of 84.
Anybody know how to fix this?

Atticus, what do you mean by "after releasing the Pull Sheet"? If the Pull Sheet has been created as a child of the quote via default workflow and not deleted or otherwise modified, the links between quote line items and pull sheet line items should remain intact. If you've made changes to the default statuses or workflows, that may have changed and you might need a fix made to your configuration.
It's probably best to email support and ask them to look at this, as it is obviously a critical issue.
