zebra printer issues

I'm trying to add a second zebra printer to our Flex system and am having some issues.  Our primary printer is a Zebra GK420T and I'm adding a Zebra ZD621 with no luck.  I have added it in Flex, it has been setup on our network by our IT department, it has the proper templates assigned to it but Flex will not give me the option to choose between the two printers.  Has anyone had this issue?  And what was the solution?

  Hey Tracy,

  The Printer Templates is the way to choose which printer.  You can't choose which printer at the time of printing.  So if you have assigned the templates, you should be good to go!  Am I misunderstanding?  Is it not printing once you assign the template and choose that template?

  I found the issue.  It helps to make sure you hit the right button after making the changes!  Thanks for the help!
