Mobile App
I wanted to ask whether there are any plans to update the Flex Rental Solutions app, particularly with a focus on improving usability for warehouse operations.
From what we can see, there have been no meaningful updates to the app since 2024, and currently we are finding it quite slow and occasionally buggy. This makes it difficult to rely on during busy load-ins and warehouse prep where speed and stability are critical.
From a warehouse point of view, a smoother and more responsive experience would make a big difference day to day.
It would be great to understand:

Whether any updates or improvements are planned in the near future

If there is a roadmap for mobile/app performance enhancements

Whether there are recommended workarounds or best practices to improve performance in the meantime

I would also like some updates to for this. Our team wont use the app due to the amount of friction in the workflow of using the app. These are our most common issues with the app.
- It is not optimized for current model phones which causes crashing, odd visual scaling, and other random glitches.
- Constantly logging in each time you open the app
- Needs quicker workflows for getting to scanning with the phone camera when needed. Maybe being able to set a default method OR auto detecting and assuming what method you may be using depending on what hardware is connected to the phone.
- Need an easier way to push default views from the administrator to the team accounts. This way they don't need to set up their own views or hand their phones to the admin to get them set up in person.
