Clearing expendables from manifests

How would we clear expendables from a returned manifest? Assuming all haven't returned and have been 'sold'. Currently these items are remaining outstanding, and we'd like to process these to clear the list.

    Can you clarify what you mean by outstanding? Is it how they're appearing in the Return Screen? Are those models properly marked as expendable in their settings?

    Hi Aaron - yes, all expendables, however, these appear to show as outstanding - which seems an odd behaviour for a sales item. If not returning, then I would expect this to be cleared.

    Hi Mark Semple,

    Normally, sales items are "gone." So, depending on your meaning, I could say "remain outstanding," or "permanently out." But it's hard to know for sure what you're looking at without a screenshot or know what your precise configuration is without logging into your system.

    Here is a snapshot of the inventory dashboard for a consumable item, correctly marked as expendable. Ideally, we'd like to clear/process the sold units, however, are we asking too much?
