Free Scan Out
The free scan out comes in handy sometimes for specific things. I do find that it has a flaw. There should be a window that pops up that will allow you to write a description of where it went. This could also translate to the "Current Location" column of the serial number I know that you can later scan it to a specific show, but what if there isn't a show it went to?? Example, employee wants to use a mic for something. Once free scanned out, person should be able to write a description of where item went. Anyone have any suggestions?

I recommend you have the employee create a Pull Sheet to scan out all items that they're taking and then scan them back in upon returning for accountability. A Pull Sheet can be made and prepped in a short amount of time and can give you all the information you need regarding the borrowed gear. To save more time, you don't need to drag any gear onto the Pull Sheet, just go straight to the prep screen and everything you scan will go straight onto the Manifest.
