Introduction
Flex integrates with Docusign so you can combine the benefits of Flex with the expertise of Docusign's document management service. Flex sends documents one-way to Docusign to be sent out for signatures. Flex receives envelope status back from Docusign so you can easily check document progress, as well as link to the Docusign document directly from the Flex element.
How it Works
Once your company's Flex administrator has connected Flex to Docusign, any authorized user can send a report (currently limited selection) from any financial document to request a signature with Docusign.
The document is sent to Docusign, creating a new Docusign envelope. From Flex, sending the envelope can be completed immediately or the envelope can be previewed in Docusign prior to sending.
You'll need a Docusign account for your company, but your recipients don't. If you don't already have one, start a free trial. When previewing in Docusign, every Docusign functionality you're used to is available for the envelope. Adding recipients, changing signature fields, etc.
