Introduction
This article covers the basics of getting started with your Flex to Docusign integration. Be sure to check out Docusign | Overview and Key Concepts for general information.
Connecting to Your Docusign Account
Navigate to the Docusign integration settings:
- On the Main Menu, click Integrations.
- Click Docusign.
A new Flex tab will open showing Docusign Integration Settings. In the header, click the Connect to Docusign icon.
- If you're logged into Docusign in the same browser, you're all set.
- If you're not logged into Docusign, you'll be prompted to sign in to your Docusign Account.
When the authorization has completed, the browser will refresh and return to Docusign integration settings. You'll see the connected status in the upper right corner.
Configuring the Basics
From the Docusign Integration Settings tab opened above, click the Authorizations subtab (if not selected already).
Select desired users/groups under Authorized Users and Authorized Groups.
This selection allows users to see and use functions associated with Docusign (e.g., "Request a Signature").
