Overview
The Send User Invitation Email option allows User Admins to effortlessly invite new users to join Flex by automatically generating and sending a personalized email. This email includes a secure, one-time link that guides the new, or existing, user through setting up their password and accessing their account for the first time.
Sending an Invite Email to a User
When creating a new user, the Send User Invitation Email option—found in the footer of the modal—is checked by default. Once you click CREATE, an invitation email is automatically sent to the user. This email includes their User ID (for login) and a link to set up their password. After setting their password, the user will be logged into the system automatically.
To send an invite to an existing user, simply open up the user record, check the Send User Invitation Email checkbox, and click the UPDATE button.
