Overview
The Scan History page provides a centralized log of all inventory scans across your system. It captures scan activity by type—such as prep scans, return scans, free scans, and more—making it easy to track movement and usage of both inventory models and serial units.
While similar to the Scan Log tab found on individual Inventory Models or Serial Units, the Scan History page offers a broader view by displaying scan records for all inventory items in one place.
Accessing the Scan History Page
To view scan activity:
- Navigate to the Inventory menu
- Click Scan History
Once on the page, you can:
- Filter scan results by date, user, location, scan type, and more.
- Export scan history data for reporting or auditing purposes.
