Overview

In the Inventory Manager, you can view important information about your inventory like current location, container location, barcodes, serial numbers, and more.

To access the Inventory Manager, go to the Inventory menu, then click Inventory Manager.

When you open the Inventory Manager, you will notice several options along the bottom of the screen:

• Add New Inventory Model
• Clear All Filters
• Export
• Delete Selected Lines
• Include Serial Units
• Include Hidden Items
• A Show Only options list which will filter the view to only display Hidden Items or Deleted Items and exclude everything else.

Searching for Inventory in the Inventory Manager

By default, the Inventory Manager will show 50 results per page. You can move through different pages by using the page navigator in the right side of the footer.

Viewing & Filtering Results

Along the top of the Inventory Manager fields is a filter bar where you can enter text and narrow down the results that show. You can use as many fields as you need to when filtering results. To quickly clear the filter, you can click the Clear All Filters icon in the footer.
