Overview
The Inventory Dashboard is availabile for all inventory models and provides a list of where certain units or quantities are currently scanned out to. This will include units or quantities that are on a Manifest, marked OOC, Presumed Missing, Deleted etc.
Accessing the Inventory Dashboard
The Inventory Dashboard can be accessed two different ways:
- Right-clicking the inventory model within the Inventory Browser menu and clicking the "Dashboard" option.
- Opening the inventory model and clicking the Inventory Dashboard icon in the header.
Navigating the Inventory Dashboard
The Inventory Dashboard consists of two areas; the top panel and bottom grid.
The top panel will provide a total quantity that is either Still Out, Free Scanned Out, OOC, etc. A tooltip is provided beside each field and will state whether the quantity affects only the On Hand, or also the Allocated. Serial units that are Decommissioned, Sold, or Deleted are not included in the "Total On Hand" and "Total Allocated" quantity for the inventory model but are included in the "Total In System" quantity.
The bottom grid will provide the jobs that the inventory model is currently scanned out to. The "parent" line represents the job and the "child" line represents the units or quantities that are scanned out to the job. These lines can quickly be uncollapsed by unchecking "Show Parent Lines Only" within the footer.
- You may see a parent line that shows what units are Free Scanned Out, Out of Commission, Presumed Missing, or In Containers.
- You can select Sold Units, Decommissioned Units, or Deleted Units within the "Show Only" option in the footer and the grid will reload with new data.
