Introduction
This article will walk through how to unlink a PayEngine account from Flex. Doing so severs the connection between Flex and PayEngine, removing the ability to send payment links and receive status updates on previously sent items. Disconnecting Your PayEngine Account
Navigate to the PayEngine Integration Settings:
- On the Main Menu, click Integrations.
- Click PayEngine.
A new Flex tab will open with the PayEngine Integrations Settings. Click Unlink and then Disconnect from PayEngine in the upper right hand corner.
A popup will open confirming you want to disconnect the account. If you still want to disconnect, click Yes.
The PayEngine settings tab refreshes and your PayEngine account is no longer connected. The Payment Links subtab will still show past Payment Links and statuses, but statuses will no longer update in Flex.
