The Maintenance History page provides a centralized view of all maintenance records across your inventory. This grid allows you to quickly review when and where maintenance was performed, who completed it, and what procedure was followed—helping you track the lifecycle and care of your equipment.
Whether you're reviewing past procedures or ensuring compliance, the Maintenance History grid is designed to keep your maintenance records transparent and accessible.
Accessing the Maintenance History Page
To view maintenance activity:
- Navigate to the Inventory menu
- Click Maintenance History
Once on the page, you can:
- Filter results by service date, performed by, location, procedure, and more.
- Export maintenance history data for reporting or auditing purposes.
