Overview
The OOC (Out of Commission) History page gives you a full list of inventory items that have been marked out of commission. You’ll see helpful details like Date Reported, Date Resolved, Resolved By, Location, and more—all in one place.
This page makes it easy to track when and why items were taken out of use, who resolved the issue, and how long it took to get them back up and running.
Accessing the OOC History Page
To view OOC activity:
- Navigate to the Inventory menu
- Click OOC History
Once on the page, you can:
- Filter results by date reported, date resolved, resolved by, location, and more.
- Export out of commission history data for reporting or auditing purposes.
