Overview
The Staff Availability Search page gives you quick access to contact schedules. This page is useful when you want to quickly search for a contact's availability without having to open their contact entry.
The Staff Availability Search page shows the contact name, contact resource type, and whether or not the contact is available during the date range.
Viewing the Staff Availability Page
- On the Contacts menu, select Staff Availability Search.
Filtering Results
Along the top of the Staff Availability Search page, there are a couple of options to help you filter search results:
- Date Range Filter: Change the "From" and "To" date and the search results will show if the contact is available during the date range.
- The Available column will populate as "Yes" or "No" indicating if the contact is available based on the selected date range.
- Notes: a date range cannot be more than 30 days.
- Skills: Use the dropdown menu to choose a skill / qualification and the search results will only show contacts with that skill / qualification.
Within the grid, you will have several additional fields that you can filter by. For example:
- Name: Search for a specific contact by name.
- City: Search for a specific city name and the search results will only show contacts from that city.
- State: Search for a specific state name and the search results will only show contacts from that state.
