Overview
There are two ways to search for Crew Calls in your Flex system that don't involve needing to locate them on your Calendar. You can use the Search icon in the Resource Browser (the left-hand section of Flex), or you can view and search for Crew Calls from the Projects menu.
Searching from the Resource Browser
- Click the Search icon in the Resource Browser.
- Select "Crew Calls" in the drop-down filter to narrow down your search.
- Enter your search into the search bar.
Double-click any result to open the Crew Call.
Searching from the Projects Menu
- On the Main Menu (in the upper left-hand corner), go to Projects and select Crew Calls.
- Enter your search into the search bar.
This search screen includes the following features in the bottom menu:
- Clear All Filters: allows you to clear any (or all) filters they may be set.
- Bulk Workflow: allows you to process workflow actions for 1 or more Crew Calls that are selected (if multiple Crew Calls are selected, they all must be in the same status).
- Print Crew Call: TO BE IMPLEMENTED.
- Delete Selected Crew Calls: TO BE IMPLEMENTED.
- Show Deleted Only: allows you to show only the "deleted" Crew Calls.
- Include Closed: allows "closed" or "locked" elements to appear in the search.
You can click the Options menu on any line to see workflow options for that Crew Call, including a quick "Send Crew Call Email" option.
