How to Reset Your Password From The Login Screen
On the login screen below the password field is the Forgot Password button. After clicking it and entering the email address that is associated with your Flex user, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email, verify the email you entered is correct, check your spam folder, or confirm with your system administrator that your account is not locked.
How to Reset Another User's Password
Click the Menu icon, select System Settings, and scroll to the bottom to select Users. Open up the user record whose password needs resetting. Scroll to the bottom, set "Require Password Change" to YES, enter a temporary password in the "Password" field, and provide the user with the temporary password. Upon logging in, the user should receive a popup instructing them to enter the temporary password you have provided along with a new password.
