Overview

These are Instance Level Reports with similar look, feel, and behavior. They are usable on Quotes, Invoices, POs, and other Financial Document type Elements. Examples are attached.

All of these reports use the "financial document" data producer and target the

/report/record

branch of the data producer's XML file.

Please note that the Default Financial Document is not available for download or customization. It is a Java-based report and lives within the software.

Quote Images

  • Title block includes company logo, address, document number, document name.
  • Detail block includes images of inventory items.
  • Subtotal data is not included.
  • Total Block is not included.

Quote Look A

  • Title block includes company logo, address, document number, document name, creation date, load in date/time, start date/time, end date/time.
  • Detail block includes quantity and item description.
  • Subtotal data is not included.
  • Total Block is included.

Quote Look B

  • Title block includes company logo, document number, document name, creation date, start date/time, end date/time, status.
  • Detail block includes quantity and item description.
  • Subtotal data is not included.
  • Total Block is not included.

Quote No Price Look

  • Title block includes company logo, address, document number, document name, client address block, venue address block, responsible person, status, business location, payment terms, sales tax rule, start date/time, end date/time, shipping method, return method, customer PO.
  • Detail block includes quantity, item description, and notes.
  • Subtotal data is not included.
  • Total Block is not included.

Quote Replacement Value

  • Title block includes company logo, address, document number, document name, client address block, venue address block, responsible person, shipping method, payment terms, client insurance value, insurable value, start date/time, load in date/time, load out date/time, end date/time.
  • Detail block includes quantity, item description, notes, replacement cost, replacement cost extended.
  • Subtotal data is not included.
  • Total Block is not included.
  • Summary showing total replacement cost is included.

Quote w/ Pricing Look A

  • Title block includes company logo, address, document number, document name, creation date, load in date/time, start date/time, end date/time.
  • Detail block includes quantity, item description, time quantity, rate, price, and price extended.
  • Subtotal data is included.
  • Total Block is included.

Quote w/ Pricing Look B

  • Title block includes company logo, document name, document number, responsible person, start date, end date, status.
  • Detail block includes quantity, item description, time quantity, rate, price, and price extended.
  • Subtotal data is included.
  • Total Block is included.

Quote w/ Pricing Look D

  • Title block includes company logo, address, document number, document name, business location, creation date, load in date/time, load out date/time.
  • Detail block includes quantity, item description, time quantity, rate, price, and price extended.
