Overview
These reports are Instance Level Reports and provide a "summary" output of their data source(s). They are typically used as a cover page in the report stack. Examples are attached.
Budget Summary / Agreement Look A
This report is best used on Quotes but can work with Invoices or other Financial Documents.
It uses the "financials budget summary" data producer and targets the
/report/record
branch of the data producer's XML file. As such, the output is typically summary amounts for Resource Types (i.e., Rental, Labor, etc.).
Budget Summary / Agreement Look D
This report is best used on Event Folders or other Standard Project Elements that are used to contain others.
It uses the "financials budget summary" data producer and targets the
/report/childElementSummaryRecord
branch of the data producer's XML file. As such, the output is typically the pre-discount Total Price for the non-closed child elements. The discount is included as a separate line, if applicable.
