Overview
Flex can integrate with QuickBooks Online, allowing you to push elements from Flex (like an Invoice, Quote, Payment, etc.) to QuickBooks. Pricing, line item details, account information, and more will be received by QuickBooks.
This article describes how to connect your Flex instance to your QuickBooks Online account. After establishing a connection, please see QuickBooks Online Integration Settings for instructions on how to set up your integration fully.
Connecting to Your QuickBooks Online Account
A new tab will open showing QuickBooks Online settings. In the header, click the Connect to QuickBooks Online icon.
After clicking the Connect to QuickBooks Online icon, a new browser tab will open to establish a link between Flex and your QuickBooks Online account.
- If you are already logged into QuickBooks Online, the connection will happen automatically.
- If you are not logged into QuickBooks Online, the new tab will bring you to the QuickBooks Online login screen. Enter your QuickBooks Online user name and password then log in. The connection will take place immediately after login.
After successful connection, a message will show confirming the connection and you can close the QuickBooks Online tab.
Disconnecting from Your QuickBooks Online Account
If you need to disconnect your Flex instance from your QuickBooks Online account, click the Disconnect from QuickBooks Online button.
Disconnecting your Flex instance from your QuickBooks Online account will disable all exporting of elements from Flex to QuickBooks Online for all Flex users in your system
