Overview
If you have multiple business locations with your Flex subscription, you can transfer gear between locations as needed. The Transfer Order element and all transfer automation profiles should have been activated when we set up your system with multiple business locations. If you don’t have Transfer Orders or the transfer automation profile enabled, please contact Flex Support for help.
Creating a New Transfer Order
- Click the New drop-down menu (located in the top right-hand side of the screen).
- On the New menu, click New Transfer Order.
- Enter new Transfer Order information.
- Click OK.
Editing Transfer Order Details
- Open the Transfer Order that you want to edit.
- On the right-hand Workbench Menu, click the Modify icon.
- Choose Edit Header.
- Edit the Transfer Order information.
- Click OK.
Deleting a Transfer Order
- Open the Transfer Order that you want to delete.
- In the right-hand Workbench Menu, click Delete Transfer Order.
- Click the I Agree box to verify that you want to delete the Transfer Order.
- Click Delete.
Alternatively, you can delete a Transfer Order (or multiple Transfer Orders) from the Transfer Orders list page on the Projects menu (located in the left-hand Main Menu).
- On the Projects menu, click Transfer Orders.
- Check the box next to the Transfer Order(s) that you want to delete.
- Click the trash icon in the footer. A confirmation window will appear.
- Click Yes in the confirmation window.
Undeleting a Transfer Order
When you delete a Transfer Order, it will "soft delete" it from your system. This means that you won't be able to see the Transfer Order on your calendar, Transfer Order list pages, or when searching for Transfer Orders. The Transfer Order will remain in your Flex database, and can be undeleted at any time.
- On the Projects menu, click Transfer Orders.
- Check the option to Show Deleted Only in the footer.
- Find the Transfer Order(s) that you want to undelete. You might have to search or filter the results.
- Click the box next to the Transfer Order(s) that you want to undelete.
- Click the Undelete icon. A confirmation window will appear.
